Nxera has opened DC Tuas, a new multi-tenanted data centre in Singapore designed to support high-density AI, cloud, and high-performance computing workloads. The facility adds 58MW of AI-ready capacity, lifting Nxera’s total installed capacity in Singapore to 120MW, with more than 90% of DC Tuas committed prior to launch.
DC Tuas targets next-generation AI infrastructure through high rack densities and Singapore’s largest direct-to-chip liquid-cooling deployment in a carrier-neutral, multi-tenant environment. Nxera says the cooling architecture improves heat extraction while reducing energy and water consumption compared with conventional systems, enabling customers to deploy large-scale AI platforms efficiently.
The eight-storey, 120,000-square-foot facility integrates directly with a cable landing station, providing access to domestic and international networks as part of Singtel’s Digital InfraCo platform. Nxera reports a power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25 and says DC Tuas meets Green Mark Platinum standards, incorporating smart thermal design, high-efficiency electrical systems, solar power, and water-reuse technologies.
