A A

JetCool, a Flex company specializing in direct-to-chip liquid cooling, introduced its new SmartPlate System at Dell Technologies World 2025 in Las Vegas. The sealed, self-contained solution offers liquid cooling for select Dell PowerEdge servers without requiring any modifications to existing data center infrastructure, including facility water hookups.

The SmartPlate System is designed to streamline adoption of high-performance cooling in colocation and edge environments, enabling higher server utilization and more compute density per rack. According to third-party thermal testing, deployments using JetCool’s system achieved an average of 15% IT power savings—critical for power-constrained facilities and AI workloads operating in warmer climates.

JetCool’s offering now includes full-stack liquid cooling solutions and support services, enhanced by Flex’s global manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.

  • JetCool SmartPlate System available on select Dell PowerEdge systems
  • Delivers 15% IT power savings without requiring facility water infrastructure
  • Enables liquid cooling in colocation and edge sites with no facility modifications
  • Now backed by Flex’s global support, manufacturing, and logistics network
  • Live demos showcased at Dell Technologies World 2025 and Dell Solution Centers
