Oracle has expanded its partnership with Vodafone Business IoT, integrating Vodafone’s Global SIM into its Enterprise Communications Platform (ECP). This move equips Oracle’s industry applications customers with global IoT connectivity, ensuring secure, high-performance access through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Leveraging edge architecture, Oracle’s ECP now provides near real-time data intelligence and out-of-the-box connectivity, empowering enterprises across multiple sectors to adopt essential new digital services.

The platform supports Oracle’s extensive industry application portfolio, allowing businesses to orchestrate, connect, and manage IoT devices within an ecosystem of cloud-based services. Enhanced by Vodafone’s global IoT network spanning over 180 countries, ECP now enables capabilities like secure device lifecycle management, connection management, embedded AI, and advanced conferencing and media routing. This combination of Oracle’s edge-focused platform and Vodafone’s expansive connectivity grants industries access to regulatory-compliant services, improving operational efficiency on a global scale.

The collaboration between Oracle and Vodafone Business IoT reflects the growing demand for integrated connectivity solutions across healthcare, construction, hospitality, and the public sector.
