Huawei outlined its expanded European business strategy at the 2025 Huawei European Partner Conference in Como, Italy, committing to deeper collaboration with local and regional partners. Speaking to over 1,000 attendees, the company emphasized that partner-led sales will remain central to Huawei’s growth in the enterprise sector. Europe continues to play a vital role in the company’s global operations, which posted CNY862.1 billion in revenue for 2024, up 22.4% year-over-year.
Huawei operates 29 R&D centers across 14 European countries and has over 13,000 employees in the region. Its ‘Partner + Huawei’ framework aims to provide joint marketing support, tier-based incentives, and technical resources. Partners can progress through Registered, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers, with increasing benefits such as sales support, rebates, and exclusive services. Huawei Cloud will also launch a new ‘Cloud Leap’ initiative to target four strategic technology trends: multi-cloud, distributed cloud, AI-ready infrastructure, and cloud migration.
In terms of technology direction, Huawei introduced industry-specific solutions tailored for education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and managed service providers (MSPs). These include AI-powered networks, full Wi-Fi 7 campus coverage, IoT-converged access points, smart warehousing, and SD-WAN-enabled branch interconnectivity. The company said these solutions are designed to address precise operational pain points as Europe accelerates its digital and intelligent transformation.
